How to build your self confidence-north carolina boudoir photography

1. fake it til you make it youll read this alot in this blog but when you put things into the universe by seeing and saying and picturing its easier for it to become a reality. Act like a bad bitch and you will become a bad bitch.

2. log your achievements this is the best thing i ever did for my self confidence. by taking the time to celebrate and appreciate my achievements it made me admit how muchbi had already done and actually remember the day that those achievements were dreams that i made real.

3. take risks & make bold choices maybe like booking a sesh with me😂 but no really make changes and choices that push you out if you out of your comfort zone and towards something great and new.

4. visualize yourself as you want to be if you say, that could neber be me.... it never will. that negativity feeds into your work ethic and belief system and makes getting to your achievement's even harder. so instead tell yourself you WILL BE ..... because the more you believe it the more likeely it is to happen. i like to say see it into existence.

5. set yourself up to win surround yourself with people who do these things to . and who push tou to be better. when your people are negative its easy to fall into the same mindset. if you can let something go, let it go itll help your mindset so much.

6. create a dream board pinterest as much as its a place to fall into a black hole its a great place to make a dream board for what you want in your life what you picture your dream life as . this is seeing things into existence the more we see them the harder we work for them.

7. speak your goals into existence speaj all your goals outload. tell your friends your cats whatever . HEAR THEM. They are obtainable and always say I WILL.......

8. use your past as a guide to be better we have this wonderful thing called a past and it holds so much, memories education life lessons and we need to look back and remember the things that helped us and the things that hinder us and mark them down as things to remember for growth. like maybe once I posted business drama on fb....that probably had a bad outcome (okay it actually definitely did) remembering this makes me leave my drama alone the world doesnt need anymore

9. stop with the negatives God i swear we neber stop belittling our selves. how can we conquer and achieve all we want when we tell ourselves constantly that we are nothing but shitty shit bags . being positive to you and life will make your confidence boost

10.explore who you really are. its so easy today to get wrapped up in trying to be the cool person on tiktok the one whose fit and in fashion and makes whipped coffee daily. its unrealistic and its not yiu its what societies told you to be. take a moment sit back and find out who you are. what you actually like. maybe book an experience with me and explore it even further.
