Boudoir for first timers (aka: you’re terrified but also kinda turned on by the idea)

If you’re here, you’ve already thought about doing a boudoir shoot, clearlyyyy.
You’ve imagined it. Maybe even picked outfits in your head.

…and then your brain immediately said:
“absolutely not, I will throw up.”

Welcome to my blog. You’re exactly who I wrote this is for.

First thing you told yourself is something like you’re “not confident enough”

I need you to hear me on this. Like fully , Loud and freaking clear.

You do not book a boudoir session because you’re confident. Thats just some made up shit someone said once I guess. I dont know cause its not true.
You book it because you’re ready to become confident, you want to feel that, experience it, BECOME it.

Every single woman that stumbles into my studios experience, traverses The boudoir studios website?
are probably Nervous. In her head. Picking herself apart. Doom scrolling and the idea sparked this want in her head but then she was like,,,,,,

“I need to lose 10 pounds”
“I don’t know how to pose”
“I’m awkward”
“I’ve never done anything like this”

Yeah. No shit. It’s your first time.

That’s why I exist.

Here’s the part nobody tells you about boudoir

You don’t just show up, take pictures, and magically feel like a goddess.

That’s surface-level shit.

What we do?
We strip layers.

The “I hate my stomach”
The “don’t look at me from that angle”
The “I don’t feel sexy unless the lights are off”

That doesn’t disappear by accident.
It gets unraveled — intentionally.

before you even step in my studio… we do the work

This is where I’m different. And yeah, I’m gonna say it.

I’m not just handing you a Pinterest board and wishing you luck.

You get:

– prep guides that actually tell you wtf to do
– questionnaires that make you check in with yourself (not just pick outfits)
– assignments that push you out of your comfort zone before you ever get in front of my camera
– real conversations about your body, your confidence, your relationship with sex and being seen

Because this isn’t about taking pretty photos.

This is about who you are when you’re being seen.

And most women have never actually explored that.

anxiety? yeah. we handle that too.

You don’t need to “calm down” before your shoot.
You need to feel safe enough to show up as you are.

Big difference.

I don’t expect you to walk in confident.
I expect you to walk in human.

That’s why I guide everything.

From the second you walk in —
you’re not guessing.

I’m telling you where to put your hands
how to move your body
when to breathe
when to slow down
when to lean into it

You don’t perform here.
You respond.

let’s kill the biggest fear: “i won’t know what to do”

Correct. You won’t.

And you don’t need to.

I will literally pose you down to your fingertips.

Your job?
Feel. Breathe. Exist in your body.

That’s it.

also… you don’t need a whole damn wardrobe

I know you think you need:

– 6 outfits
– a cart full of lingerie
– heels you can’t walk in
– a personality transplant

You don’t.

You can show up with a thong.
That’s it.

I have a fully stocked client closet (XS–6X)
Textures. Fabrics. Pieces you didn’t even know you’d love.

And honestly?
Some of the most powerful images come from less.

Less distraction. More you.

this experience hits different for first timers

Because you come in thinking it’s about photos…

…and leave realizing it was never about that.

It’s about:

– seeing your body without immediately criticizing it
– feeling sexy without needing validation
– reconnecting to parts of yourself you shut down years ago
– realizing your “flaws” were never the problem

And yeah — you get insane photos too.
But that’s just the evidence.

this is for every body. every identity. every version of you.

I don’t care if you’ve never felt sexy a day in your life.
I don’t care if you’re plus size, mid size, petite, scarred, soft, muscular, in transition, rediscovering yourself, healing, or just curious.

You belong here.

Black bodies. Hispanic bodies. queer bodies. trans bodies. disabled bodies. postpartum bodies. aging bodies.

Real bodies.

No performing. No shrinking. No apologizing.

and let’s talk about the part you’re scared to admit…

You don’t just want to feel “pretty.”

You want to feel powerful.
Desired.
In control.
Maybe even a little dangerous.

Yeah. We go there too.

Because your sexuality isn’t something to hide or water down.
It’s something to understand, explore, and own safely.

so what do you actually have to do?

Show up.

That’s it.

I’ve already done the work to make sure:

you’re prepared
you’re guided
you’re supported
you’re not walking into the unknown

You don’t have to be confident.
You don’t have to know what you’re doing.
You don’t have to “fix” anything about yourself first.

You just have to decide you’re ready to stop sitting on the sidelines of your own life.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign…

this is it.

Not the soft, pretty, Pinterest version.

The real one.

You’re allowed to take up space in your body.
You’re allowed to feel something when you look at yourself.
You’re allowed to want more for yourself — including this.

And when you’re ready?

I’ve got you babe.
