Experience fee

The experience booking fee of $399 is required to book into the calendar and is not refundable after 24 hours.

Products
Due to the nature of digital photography and product orders and the fact that all photographs may be viewed by the client on our virtual viewings prior to purchase, and all products are custom designed for each individual, once orders have been placed, The Boudoir Studio has a strict NO REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY. Once a transaction has been processed, it is then considered non-refundable, non-transferable and no changes can be made.

A model release option is provided within your contract at booking. This is where you say “yay” or “nay” to us sharing your images and/or in which ways we can share your images. If permission is given the Client(s) hereby grants to The Boudoir Studio and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Client or in which the Client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The Client hereby releases The Boudoir Studio and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.**

**Given the nature of boudoir + erotica photography, images are never used without The Client(s) specific written permission. Permission can also be given by The Client(s) in a separate document following your shoot once the gallery is made available if desired.

Changes to releases can always be made by clients at no cost
( model call clients are subject to the experience cost charges in order to render changing to their release)

The Boudoir Studio will not use your photos for any reason, ever, without your explicit written permission.

The Boudoir Studio takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the photographs. However, in the unlikely event that photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond The Boudoir Studio’s control, The Boudoir Studio’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the Boudoir or Erotica Photography Session. Client(s) agrees to indemnify and defend The Boudoir Studio against any and all third party claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of incidents or damages resulting from Client(s) actions or omission during Boudoir + Erotica Photography Sessions.

Upon receipt of products, Client(s) accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs. The Boudoir Studio is not responsible for the lifespan of any media provided. Any damages due to shipping or mistakes must be reported to The boudoir Studio within 24 hours of recieving the products.

We do not edit or begin working on your order until all purchased products have been paid in full.

Galleries cannot be combined from multiple shoots. I.e. images from two different shoots can not be used to create 1 album or online gallery.

Sessions with Photographs that are not purchased at their personal viewing will be deleted immediately following. Once an order is made at the view The boudoir Studio will hold on to all of the session images for 1 year after your session.

If images are not selecting within 21 days of the session for prepaid products or collections, don't worry! We know it can be hard to pick from so many incredible images. We'll help! We will select your images + use the favorites youve already selected to edit, design and deliver your product before we permanently delete you photos.

Any changes requested after 30 days of preview or printing of product will incur additional charges.

Images are edited at the Photographer’s discretion, and delivered prints may not include all images shot. The Boudoir Studio reserves the creative right to edit and release only those photos deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer’s artistic standards.

You are LITERALLY the most beautiful incredible + strong being and exactly as you are supposed to be, no editing needed or required.
The boudoir studio is here to teach you that through our experiences.

However, when we talk about editing, we aren't only talking about the person in the photo. Editing applies to all sorts of image details, i.e. color correction, white balance, and removing distracting items from the background like wall outlets, light switches, wires, etc.

All product pricing (other than where noted in product description) include our stylistic basic retouching.

our basic editing and retouching is included in all edited purchases. It includes adjusting the color, balance, brightness, and tone of the overall image. If items in the background are distracting, they will be removed if asked (i.e. wall outlets, light switches, wires.) If needed, images will be cropped to draw the eye to specific areas of the photo. Finally, natural/standard retouching includes light skin corrections to include removing temporary blemishes and skin marks (i.e. bug bites +bruises), and blending to reduce under eye circles or uneven tone.

We are not here to create a falsified verson of you in these amazing iamges but to display YOU in all your amazing gorgeousness as you are, for that reason we do not heavily edit any of our images or our clients.
