HOW TO STAY SELF POSITIVE WHILE COV-19 QUARANTINED : THE BOUDOIR STUDIO WNC

Here’s my list of things to do during your quarantine that will make you stay positive.
1. Marie Kondo the shit out of your space, your house your car …everything
The system of simplifying and organizing your spaces by getting rid of physical items that do not bring joy into your life. So if it doesn’t bring you joy or your kid’s joy. if its broken chances are you aren’t going to fix it, if it doesn’t fit it should probably go, if you didn’t remember you had it, it should probably go. Clean outtt!

3. Get pretty for NO REASON & for NO ONE but YOU.
Putting real clothes on is a task some days especially when I have nothing to do that day but I always get so much more done and feel ten times better when I get up get dressed and put my face on. I feel like a person instead of a Mombie and my mood is always lifted when I do this.
4. Paint a canvas or color a picture
Adding new decor to the house always brightens it up, puts a smile on your face while also giving you something to do and it’s something you can do with children if you have them, Creating things keeps our minds busy and gives us a sense of accomplishment

5. Online shop for cute new summer clothes!
Nothing picks up my mood more than some retail therapy, especially when it means warm weather is coming and quarantine will be over and I can rock out with my tits out. hahaha, but seriously prep for the next season! it’s coming fast!

6. Work on that Self-love Journal!
We all know I LOVEEEEEE self-love journaling and how much of a difference it can seriously make in your confidence and your life and growth. so grab some paper, a journal, whatever you have laying around and started journaling!

7. Support local businesses from home, boutiques, restaurants …
Supporting local businesses will help boost your mood and your self-love. By being helpful and supportive in times of need it’s proven to release all these good endorphins to our brains that tell us we’ve made a difference, and we have! so let’s do all of that!

8. Book a Boudoir Sesh.
Hear me out, I know we’re quarantined and all that jazz. But if you book your sesh now, you one, get to take advantage of the insane sales that lingerie companies are hosting because of these lockdowns, you get to take advantage of my booking special happening now and you get to spend your quarantine shopping, planning, practicing faces and poses and feeling like a badass prepping for your experience with me. You get to do something for you for once.

9. Have lots of Sex even its with yourself
Sex and masturbation is proven to not only boost your mood, and your confidence but also your immunity so what other choice do we have then to make the safe and smart decision to get ourselves off at least a couple times a day while stuck inside right?

10. Go outside.
Sit on your porch, Take a walk around your neighborhood, have your morning coffee outside and listen to the birds chirp the wind whistle. Enjoy the world around you for the first time in so long. The environment needs this quarantine as much as we do. You’ll feel so much more refreshed when you take a minute to breathe in the fresh air and calmness of the world around you.
